Title I Parent Involvement Policy

     

All sixth grade students are required to have a Tdap booster immunization prior to the first day of school.  Please bring proof of this required immunization to the LMS main office.  Students who do not meet this immunization requirement will not be allowed to start middle school.

Summer Hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm

August 21st: 6th grade Orientation 12-3pm
Sign required PCPS/LMS forms, pick up your schedule and meet your teachers by going through a brief overview of the scheduled day.

August 21st: 7th & 8th grade Orientation 3-6pm
Sign required PCPS/LMS forms, pick up your schedule and meet your teachers.


Students & parents/guardians need to attend Orientation on August 21st in order to pick up their class schedule and sign the required forms to start the school year. Due to schedules being worked on, schedules will not be given out prior to August 21st.
