Massanutten Regional Governor's School

Guidance services are designed to help the individual student achieve educational, vocational, social, and personal goals that are consistent with interests, needs, and abilities. The program is built upon the belief that each student is unique and capable of making a meaningful contribution to our society and deserves every opportunity to attain self-fulfillment.

The counselors attempt to work closely with students, parents, and teachers. Conferences may be arranged at any time upon request. Counselors will schedule at least one beginning school conference and one individual conference with each student during the year. Other conferences are encouraged and may be initiated by the pupil, teacher, parent, administrator, or support services personnel.
